OK It is time to admit that I am 100% LOST!

We have been doing amazing things that we learned here to build our site. We have tons of great links , fantastic content and at one point we were all OVER the front page of google on very competitive Key words and rising FAST on Bing and Yahoo.

Then we dropped to page two and almost disappeared from Bing and Yahoo. SO I poked around. Here is what I found.

First our site is a WP site and we use Jetpack.. the first hint that something was wrong was it stopped working.... Also our page load times were HORRIBLE

Yes we fixed it, it was a plugin causing it. I would be very happy but I think we uncovered a MAJOR problem in the process. I really think the fact that we rank on the top of page two now is a MIRACLE! Something is horribly wrong with our site and I am not sure how it happened. We are ONLY by the spiders as xxxxxx com The www listing although it is indexed is not being seen correctly. If you google the www version of our address we no longer have our listing show up with the other pages under it etc. I looked at our permalink to our HM Page and it isn’t www adress but the www-LESS version. We are checking to see how to change that and if it will hurt us overall

I was on the phone yesterday with my hosting support because our load times were so slow they timed out, as you know Google HATES that ( another reason why we dropped. ) and THAT was the same plugin. That is all good now except that we still cannot figure out why www address redirects to xxxxxxxx com ( the non www version ) People are saying that they have never seen this before.

When you do a Speed test on our site ( which is MUCH better today ) The www version of navigation was 5 times slower than if you didn’t use the www Google is looking for www version and sees a redirect AND a (now repaired) SLOOOOOOOOW Site… that is why I say.. it is a MIRICLE that we rank at all.

Is there weight to this? Now that the www is now off of our homepage address is it killing us? How do you edit the permalink in WP on the HP to fix it? If I fix it do I lose ALL of the Juice for my site? Man this is driving me crazy!! So much hard work done , we learned so much here. It WORKED!!! Thank you all ..then some tweak by something wiped it all out.

If ANYONE has an Idea or has dealt with this before it would be a life saver. Tech support at my ISP even bent the rules and look for an HOUR to try and see what was doing this..They usually tell people , You are fine to our server it is your site and hang up. even THEY stuck around to try and figure it out.

EVERY-TIME you try to navigate to the www full address it redirects to the address without. They say that is KILLING us with the engines.

CLARIFICATION

Whe you navigate to our site via www it goes to the HM Page but HM page does not say www Found this when we were checking out site speed and the software warned us the www was being redirected to just the site name only page SO when you look at the address bar of the HM page it is the site name without www
