I can tell you one thing, most of them requires old java runtime and old eclipse version since most of them are just one time development (no update share). I know because I tried most of it, and I know because this packages came from a GB long, long, long, time ago and shared in VIP long, long, long time ago. You need the last version of android development from 2014 where it uses eclipse packaged with sdk. If you are using windows 7, and already has an updated java installed, you will experience difficulty setting this development platform.
