How to sell leads to Lead Brokers or on my own?

I can find any good information on how to sell phone number leads to Lead Brokers.

I have access to phone numbers for Businesses, New Businesses and Consumers.

I have no use for them and would like to sell some of them but have never worked with a lead broker or even know how that works.

Any help would be great
