How to rank LIKE THIS (bulletin)??

Hello. I have a site which ranks 1# for it's keyword and all is cool but I was wondering how to get a site rank like this:

(note, bbhf doesn't rank like this, comes up as a single result)

Hope you understand what I mean, having 6 bullets down under your main hit...

I think you sign up for a trust site like TrustE for the tick
as for the subsections this is something in google webmasters

Its called site links, apparently there you can configure in webs master tools but Google choose whether it will show

Branded keywords will rank like that. Google "blackhat world" which is blackhat world's brand and it will rank like that; google blackhat forum and it won't rank like that because "blackhat forum" isn't bhw's brand. It'll still have site links show, but not to the extent of it's branded keyword.

Also, bbhf will show up like that for it's brand kW which is "best blackhat forum" (blackhat is one word and not black hat)

I have some sites with that and i didint do anything special to have it, i think google does that on auto, maybe to must visited pages of your site.
