How to rank Fiverr account faster ?

Hello,

I started selling on Fiverr in 2015 and soon rosed to 2nd level and made some decent amount but in 2018 this horrible new updates got my ranking sunk to 0 level and whenever I got my levels back some stupid client either falsely canceled the order or changed back to reduce ratings again,

Now I only got my rank back in feb 2019 but still neither my impressions are getting good numbers nor my orders are any where seen, I tried creating new accounts with different username and service but they aren't ranking too. But i noticed some sellers who were banned previously 2 times created their account in last quarter of 2018 and now they are making a killing sale on Fiverr.

I tried everything to rank my account, made up sales, gig videos, tags, meta seo, description change, rates decrease, whatever I thought could help somehow but still I am not getting impressions, neither on my new account or my old account.

If you guys have any experience then kindly help me.
