How to manage PLR files?

Hello everyone!

I have a s*itload of PLR files and have no idea how to properly manage them on my external hard drive.

My approach of simply creating 100 folders with topic names, searching the hard drive for the term and then moving them, doesn't lead to much success.


For example when I search for "Cat" it shows me random things like "How to categorize your partners d****"



Now please help me. How can I organize my files properly?

How do I move them into the right folders and maybe how can I bulk format them?

Maybe a bit late but use dropit software it does a great job, and to make 'real' searchable indexes use Index your files.
