For your first image with godaddy, simply fill in all relevant information about you and your business on google+,business,places,maps, pretty much anything google gives you for free, make sure your ciontent and details are accurate and consistant, google will show this over time for yuour website but it is not a garuntee, the same goes for your second image add a custom google search box to your website, and again over time, google will process this themselves, I do not know how to currently speed up this process however, having your important information spread across multiple domains and accounts which is consistant will make it happen sooner...

Hope this helps, I could be wrong but I don't think I am as I did a little study about it few years back.
