Hey, there used to be some blackhat techniques to get video views but not anymore. Most social media platforms now monitor the amount/rate of likes on a video, if they see suspicious behavior, for example if a video get likes in bulk and then goes into radio silences, they de-monitize and slap you with a warning. There's very useful tips to increase you videos by shares though, click-bait and an appealing thumbnail always help.

In my experience, sharing on multiple Facebook groups has helped me in getting more views for the content I write or make. Have you tried that? You can also try the boosting option available for pages. I hope it helps.
