How to get MSDN BIZSpark 25 kyes

I see other pepole have a MSDN account. him account have a 25 keys with window 8.1.

I want to know. what is this account. and how to get this account.

You can subscribe directly through Microsoft's official website. Or, you can get a free account for 3 years through the BizSpark program. To be able to pass the verification BizSpark, you should have a startup. You simply made some prototype software and create a landing page or website attractive promotions.

FYI, I successfully get some msdn account with this method.
