How do you guys make money with GSA?

Why did you buy it? You can rank properties with it and make money from that, and I guess if you wanted you could sell services on Fiverr, etc.

Have you looked up tutorials on YouTube? I don't own it myself, so I'm not sure how complex it is. I'm pretty sure they have a forum.

Yes, GSA ranks your sites easily IF you know how to configure it correctly. And if you don't know WHAT to do with the sites if you can rank them well; then gtfo. IM is not for you.
