How To Target A Name On Facebook?
I've seen alot of t-shirts being advertised recently on Facebook that concern a name. For example, a slogan might be 'Keep Calm, Joe Will Handle It'. How are these people advertising to an audience that has a certain name? Are they using groups that people join to support a particular name, or advertising to the masses hoping someone will share and like, or are they scraping Facebook? Thanks in advance for any advice and help :).
