About getting full articles, he said in his training that filtering to "Longform" and not "Articles" will provide the full version. So try that.

I have heard from a contact that this product has had a lot of technical problems after launch. The latest version on the download page probably works. (Check post #27)

All these people that says this is so great I do not think this stuff gets tested as I bought a previous products from Dan Green and even his support could not get it to work, they told me I wold hear from the programmer but never did. What I read here this is is a repeat
