It's an annual payment. There isn't really such a thing as a lifetime account, let me explain the lifetime accounts were basic accounts without pro features and template club. So anyone who has a lifetime account has to pay $37-$47 a month for the pro version which is at least $444 a year on top of the initial $297 lifetime they paid
