First off.. fast doesn't mean accurate, nor is fast a good thing when it comes to email creation or account creation or anything automated.

2. Have a 2 or 3 day trial period
3 Lower the price and make your software monthly, with the option to purchase a lifetime license at a higher price
4. Lower the speed of your software or at least have the option for the user to choose the speed of account creation or posting
5. Add additional captcha solving services.

I mean.. what incentive do you have to update the software when sales dry down?

Just a few of the points I think you need to pay attention to in order to improve your service offering.

Right now? I'm not sold.

Customer support is awesome with these guys, I have had to contact them 2 times over 10 months and both times Naveen was outstanding, quick to respond, patient and a pleasure to deal with.

The software when I used it was cool and I was newbie now I am really looking forward to getting into this as I see the sites are not spammy istes but high PR sites.

Allow me a comment. I bought both of these early on. While Naveen may not be a marketing genius they are both solid apps, updated/improved routinely and the support is top notch. I use them both daily.
