Hey I was wondering how I make a subpage.ofadomain.(com) like this?

does your hosting have cpanel? If so, just search for "subdomains" in the left hand bar and you will find the icon to manager your subdomains. then on that screen it should guide you in a straightforward manner to create a subdomain.

find your server host ip and go to dns section setup A record yoursub.domain.extension to the ip server save it and your subdomain will be live within 5 minutes -24 hours perhaps of your registrant

As coyote66 says, depending on how your host sets up subdomains you just need to create a folder using the file manager and then create the subdomain and have it point to that directory. The better hosting companies will have a page with step by step instructions. Or, if you are using a host with online chat such as iPage their support person will walk you through it. I believe that iPage would even create it for you if you asked them to.

Sorry to drag up an old thread. I have a porn tube account and i would like to add a blog as a subdomain to write up reviews of sex stuff etc. Will the domain authority etc remain on the blog so i am not starting from a domain authority of 0 ?

Well, there will be difference for sure. For instance, according to Google, my homepage is PR2 while the forum homepage which is on subdomain is PR4. So there's a difference.
