Here is how to fix your personal credit for FREE!
1) Freeze : Transunion, Experian, Equifax, ARS, Sage Stream, Lexus Nexus, Core Logic, Innovis
2) Sign up from Smart Credit and receive your free credit report. They do charge 19.99/month for their premium service once your free trial is up.
3) Download the form below to have your inquiries, addresses, names and bankruptcies deleted from your Transunion, Experian and Equifax credit reports.
4) Download the 609 Letter below and fill out everything.
a) Please include a copy of your driver's license, social security card and two bills with address that matches the address on your driver's license.
(Please know that this process can take a couple of times before everything falls off)
(THIS PART IS IMPORTANT! If it doesn't fall off the first 3 times, (Or do it the first time, it's up to you) then hand write the 609 letter on yellow wide ruled paper. The e-oscar machine that reads your letters can not read this hand written letter and the person feeding the machine has 4 minutes to enter your information. Most times they just delete your stuff. Your goal is to get a manual investigation and not a computerized investigation from e-oscar.)

Also, some folks may know about freezing credit card accounts - but freezing the data collection agencies ??
That is new info to me for sure.
