Help with Inventory Control and Sales Report tool

Hi friends,

I started a new small retail business and while dealing with heaps of products, it's getting hard to control inventory.

If anyone can help me provide free service to any Inventory Control tool that will be great.
Moreover, if possible anything for analyzing sales report from Point of Sale.

For now, I have normal Point of Sale which doesn't include these features, hence I have to find something from outside now.
