Help with FB Ad Account

On 7/21/2021 a hacker accessed my Facebook account. Without my permission or knowledge, they created Facebook ads for diet supplements, in Portuguese, targeting women from Portugal. They did this several times and Facebook blocked my ad privileges.

2017 was the only time I ever did any Facebook advertising. I was promoting a page as part of an online course. The ad campaign only lasted about 2 weeks. I have not done any Facebook advertising since then. When my ad account was banned, I appealed several times saying "I did not create any ads" My appeal was denied and I was blocked from advertising. I did not mention the hacking in my appeal because I did not understand how Facebook ads worked so I did not know enough to find the ads placed by the hacker, and I did not know I was hacked.

Afterwards, a friend helped me find the hacking, the Portuguese ads, the BM the hacker created, the hacker's credit card, and a linked account in my name with different email. I changed my password and set up 2 stage authorization. After taking screen shots of everything. I deleted everything the hacker had done.

I have tried for over a year to get my ad account restored and FB refuses to help me. This includes contacting the AG from several states and the BBB.

I want to start a business and advertise for myself as well as for clients. I think I need create a new account or purchase a FB account to use to advertising. Does anyone have any experience doing this? Who should I purchase the account from? Can I create one on my own? How do I hide my identity etc. I would like some advice.
