Help on a Project I was Asked to Implement

I was referred to a couple of guys who bought into the concept of monetizing domain names as a (side) business model. They have other ventures but somehow bought 100's of domain names of which most are currently parked with no content.

I'm asking the community here if there is a course or resource I could study to implement a strategy for them? Everything will be outsourced (if you provide solutions you may contact me) so my job it to oversee and manage the project.

research micro niche sites for unused domains. doesn't take a lot of outsourcing for each one and they'd be better off in the long run rather than parking them.
