its not a notion template its a gif..
oh i see what you mean - its like a form that then fills in to notion doc. First i would ask preplexity and then run its answer through chatgpt How can i create a form in notion that populates into another notion doc and then go from there paste that gif into claude 3.5 and claude will figire it out for you |

If not and you are trying to recreate it then there parts to the"content" part. 1. create a database to hold all the info you need. 2. a form to add information to the database 3. another form that pulls information from the database. Once you have that part working you can worry about formatting your page and images etc. If you have not worked with notion databases there are a million tutorials out there.
