Double-click the "RSSSubmitSetup.exe" to install, just follow the installation wizard.

Then open run the program, if ask to check updates the first time you open it, click NO

When the program opens, Quit/Close it.

Double-click the "register.reg" and click yes to merge it into the registry.

Then, add the following lines/entries into your hosts file

127.0.0.1 www. dummysoftware.com
127.0.0.1 dummysoftware.com

Save and Close the hosts file

Now, open RSS Submit

Click ENGINES at the bottom

All should be active and checked.
