[Help] Websites Service Comparison References !?

Need Some kind of Time Saver Online Review Services(means websites) that have these features (all at once):


1-) Organize websites (importantly authority websites) based on their services.
Like: http://alternativeto.net/ that organize alternatives to a specific website
but i want it to be much more specific in its organization algorithm and its search engine (as i said it must be time saving)

2-) Present a very short review of websites service based on their functionality (say based on like their offline(is it software and need to be installed?) or online(cloud app) operation

3-) Introduce Much websites similar to the Target Website and do a little short compare on them.
