Help Please, Videos won't Upload to Skillshare!!

Hello,

For weeks now I have been unable to upload my videos to Skillshare. I have tried everything Skillshare have advised in the Technical Specifications page I have tried converting my videos to AVI and MP4 formats. I have also tried to keep the Bitrate within their required range but I still experience "Upload error". I have tried importing my videos into Handbrake as per their suggestion and exporting it as MP4 but the same error persists.

I am using 3G internet connection.

I tried making videos in either Camstudio screen recording software, Tiny Take, and Adobe After Effects, and all of them play well with VLC, Windows Media Player, Jet Audio and Media Player Classic flawlessly without a problem. All the videos are between 2 and 5 minutes each, less than 20 MB, resolution of 1280x720, compression H.264 and 16:9 Aspect Ratio. As for Bit Rate, the smallest one is 509kbps and the highest is 3,159kbps.

However, none of the videos will upload to Skillshare whether using Firefox or Chrome. I always receive "Upload Error". If anyone can point me to the direction to take, I would really appreciate.

Oh, and I have tried deleting the cache and cookies in all browsers multiple times, and also flushing my DNS resolver cache in Windows. Nothing works. :(

SKILLSHARE HASN'T ANSWERED MY EMAILS, or perhaps I should forget the whole thing....?

Only suggestion I have is to copy videos on to USB/external HD and try uploading from somewhere like internet cafe or Library to see if issue is at your end or Skillshare's end

I haven't heard of anyone else having problems recently, so perhaps the 3G is the reason.

Hopefully the Internet cafe/Library wifi works, or borrow a cabled connection.

It doesn't seem like your video settings would be the cause of the problem.

I shifted over to a fiber optic cable internet and was able to upload successfully.

Sometimes clearing your browser cache would help in video uploading. Great news for you!
