Help Me Discover Why This Site Is Ranking So High!

Hello everyone, today I found a site that rank extremely well in google serps, even above wikipedia, i've tried to to analyze the site and actually see how he did, the site is this:

http://marillow.com

This site ranks first time for many keywords, the most important of all is "vaporizer", I tried to analyze it with MOZ and MajesticSEO but I did not find much, I only found that he's using shopify.com so I was wondering if that site was he's secret for ranking so high.

Anybody can help find out why?

There's not much in the way of 'apparent' back-links to the home page, however, if you look at http://marillow.com/pages/vaporizer-ranking-top-vapes there's a different story. Follow some of the links to this page and you find a lot of links to http://marillow.myshopify.com/ a site/page that auto-redirects to http://marillow.com/

In order to get a redirect from that site it looks like their shop/promotion is coming from myshopify.com - so that theory is correct. Ask myshopify what their pricing is to emulate marillow (pricing page here http://www.shopify.com/pricing) and compare pricing against alternatives.

The sites in position 2 and 3 for 'vaporiser' are worth exploring, target their links to add your own back-links - but even with good back-links your need a silo/shop tool to properly compete.

Other members may have other views, this from a quick minute check.
