Hassle Free CPA ??

I've been watching and checking out CPA stuff here and wherever for some time now and seeing what things were in common with supposedly different variations of it too.

Here at BBHF in this section:
Too many threads by agencies and bunches of things for 'skype groups' - these are no help for such as myself.

Folks also pass around shares of info made by TJM and others like him;
These have proven to be about 99% useless as well IMO.

Most CPA stuff has loads of complications, moving parts and requirements.
Also, most of it has costs for some of the parts and will require lots of testing and re-testing before ever getting any (even small, or decent...) results worth bothering with.

I also posit here that in the interest of doing CPA, the member has already got accepted into a reputable network like Maxbounty, set up a payment conduit like Payoneer, has a domain and hosting, has something like Instabuilder, and a possibly usable (but small) AR software of some sort.

So...
I wonder if anyone has found any really good, pretty simple CPA stuff that is like this:
- Fairly simple to set up;
- Fairly likely to bring some good results WITHOUT paying out big $ for traffic and other stuff;
- Not blackhat such that it is likely to lead to being banned from a network;
- Likely to work pretty well without endless screwing around with complex moving parts.

Not looking for any sort of goofy promises or hand-holding here;
Just wondering of anybody has found anything that is a bit simpler and more reasonable than what I've seen thus far.

It has become obvious that many who do this are into fast and continuous actions and/or using an instant messenger channel to chat about it all.
That is not what I seek.
I am not into rushing anything, nor does that chatting stuff appeal to me (even if it worked here, which it doesn't).

Any clues to share...anybody ??

Found that one and joined it a while back to see what it was about - and its really quite filled with utter crap and mostly a big sales pitch for its owner - who is also a member here.

You have actually answered the whole mystery in your intelligent post. And because of your clarity, I had to make this post....

I'll start by sharing this:

Ten years ago, one of the best marketers I've ever known said:
No one will ever email you to thank you for a CPA offer you sent them.

And now I know why.

I've worked as a copywriter for too many years to have escaped working for both sides of the CPA carnage. (BTW, the BIG COMPANIES always paid better. Should've been a hint...)

Until 6 years ago I thought it was a pretty fair business deal - just a different form of advertising.

I had dozens of face-to-face meetings with the advertising strategists of THE world-beater movie streaming company, when the topic of lead acquisition/CPA came up. When I asked about their huge CPA payouts - they didn't stop laughing for 5 minutes.

That's when I found out definitively that the carnage is completely one-sided. AGAINST the CPA'ers scurrying around trying to find out the latest profitable combination of ads and target audience.

Not that some CPA quick buck artists don't find a golden lode once in a while. That is their function. To find the "hint" of some ounces of gold so the "value miners" get the tons of gold out of the spot.

NETXXXX has built-in ways to track the CPA'ers efforts to improve their own advertising campaigns. They then move into those same spaces willing to pay the most per-click - thereby making their CPA'ers efforts unprofitable. Forcing them to find more areas to MAYBE profit like they did before.

Eventually, the CPA'ers run out of profitable areas because NETXXXX has outbid them. Ultimately controlling the entire advertising space with a relatively tiny outlay.

All of the big companies using CPA are following the same strategy. It works!

CPA people, by definition; are gamblers and hit-and-run artists. Daytraders of public moods and fears.

They're treated with disdain by the "big companies" that USE them - always profitably, since they completely control their product and have a bulletproof funnel.

Here's an idea; why be cannon fodder, when you can have your own funnel to fill with your skills at paying for traffic?

'CPA carnage' - how MORE truly accurate could you be ?!?

Unlike most who seek many figures of $$$$$$ and/or go nucking futz chasing the ends of the rainbow, I seek simplicity above all and just reasonable gains for honest work of reasonable volume and commitments.

For such work to target those who are desperate for useless ends (gamers, sexaholics and such...) is fine with me as quite frankly (even if it were possible and it ain't) its not my job to try and fix stupid.
I think it is great that so many folks have the luxuries of spending their days doing pretend shooting and such all by themselves - but if I did that I'd just shoot myself for real and be done with it !!

As has been mentioned already, this has always been the 'big boys' method and plan. Just like Amazon started out paying out decent commissions, now that they own that market, they really don't need affiliates at all, do they. Everyone on planet earth knows who the f'k Amazon is, so most just go straight to their site to buy. I seriously doubt any 'casual' Amazon affiliates make enough to talk about it. The only ones who do have dedicated themselves to their niche, use bh tactics to stay on top, and perhaps also paid traffic.

Google is doing the same thing to SEO and the SERPs. Google Guaranteed is a total scam against everyone BUT Google IMO. Why? Because they now have another section right at the top of "their" SERP, pushing even more ass busting site owners and SEO's out of the picture. Add to that the total gullibility of the average person, they see Google Guaranteed and think, "hey, it's guaranteed by Google, that'll cover my butt well!"

Except they don't read the terms of service and see lifetime Guarantee of only $2500. A pittance for most home contracting or service contracting jobs. Google has no choice but to keep pushing the envelope as their profit margins are ever decreasing. IMO, they crossed the Anti-trust line long ago, (as have most of big tech) but you ask (once again) the average person what is Anti-trust, they have no clue. Big tech hypnotized the world with flashy, shiny gadgetry. Got everyone onboard (did we ever have a choice?), sold the dream; and now they own YOUR dreams too! Look at the most popular crap in today's culture. The wanton emasculation of men, while making women 'macho' (women almost brought down the NFL, but they very craftily 'brought them into the fold'), outrage culture over the stupidest of things, while people around the world still suffer.

We've gone from the 80's 'greed is good' mantra to 'greed is God'. Speaking of which, we have no shortage of humans who will use 'God' to sell you out to the highest bidder. In the US, we're reduced to a choice between nasty and downright D******** in the last election (I still can't, and WON'T; give a pass to those who voted for a guy who openly mocked the disabled on national TV like an unruly 3rd grader). Yet, he's got tens of millions of adoring fans. Many of whom probably sat home and laughed at it like he was the Bart Simpson of American politicians. (He's even worse) A system of corruption that has engulfed the globe, where as the song says "the loudest live to trample on the least". Two of the most prolific truth tellers were watched for their comedy, yet the 'adoring' fans never got the message (Bill Hicks and George Carlin).

We're now at a point where even truth itself is called into question on a daily basis. Also by design. Now everything's "relative", or your told to "find your own truth". We have addictions of every sort across the planet, because you just can't live with yourself if you don't "fill that hole" with something. It's not just drugs, but entertainment, food, sex, etc.

Don Henley also has a good line that describes what happened. "We've been poisoned by these fairy tales" My IM endeavors have been a total failure due to a number of reasons, not the least of which is I can't do bullsh*t hype to make a dollar. Hype is what has brought us to where we are today, and it makes me sick thinking about it. EVERYONE has been divided into a billion niches of thought, belief and prejudice with the never ending and increasing speed and onslaught of ever more pervasive bs and propoganda. No One Knows the Truth, and most just don't care anymore; if they ever did.

I really like that line there about CPA marketers. Hit's the nail on the head: "Day Traders of public moods and fears." Oh so true for sure. I'm approved to promote 'generic Viagra and Cialis' thru CrakRevenue, but have still to get that site up and going. I do have an issue with even promoting that crap, but I've 'kinda told myself', f'k it, if someone is stupid enough to take those, I might as well make a few dollars sending them thru my link (as far as CPA goes) I'm actually more of a political junkie and believer of conspiracies, and I like to write 'spoof' song lyrics (wrote a slew of Christmas songs for the Bush admin, but never got those out to market either) and now have a few written for the current numbnuts in the White House. Mulling writing a quick Kindle book about Drumpf, flashy title to get the masses fired up on both sides, plus a quite derogatory T-shirt 'mostly designed' for him as well. Once again, I swear they would do great, but I have to do "real" work to try and bring some funds in before I go under completely.

Just found out today the CC I'm using (the wife's) creeping towards the precipice of maxing out, was whacked (supposedly, according to the credit union) for a bogus charge at the Microsoft store for $445 on the 13th. Went over max in one fell swoop. Their refunding the charges but now have to cancel the card and wait for a new one, while I have domains (some 15 years old) that are coming due very soon. I"m pretty pissed off I ever got involved in the IM field at this point. Just far too much bullsh*t involved IMO. But I'll carry on, until I just cannot anymore. I really have no choice. I'm trying to force myself to do some cold calling this late in the year because I HAVE TO bring in some cash very soon, or I will go under. Next on the chopping block is a life insurance policy I've been paying for since I quit my job in 2015, which I will never get back at that rate at my age if I do lose it, so as I said, I have no choice but to push on. But that's the same boat where all in. It could be worse, I'm still pretty healthy (though I smoke like a fiend, and that has to stop soon too, or that won't be the case either! Fun Fun where having over here at this point!
