1337vn, that page shows your account is approved. You can now upload 25 designs maximum. Then once you have sold a total of 25 shirts you are eligible for upgrading to the 100 shirts tier. Tiering up is on hold at the moment and is not automatic. I suggest you concentrate on creating good designs, price at $19.95+. Some people try to tier up by selling shirts cheaply in hope of selling more, but there isn't much point if they aren't increasing tiers at the moment. I also reckon Amazon may start to tier up on the basis of the money that is made for them, as they have limited capacity. It is better for them to tier up someone selling 100 shirts at $24.95 than 100 at $14.95. Plan for the long term, build a business, Merch is going to be massive.
