Right on bro. Todasua.com.br is indeed a Wordpress site. But how about the ilhadoprazer.com.br? Could someone analyze the structure of the site and come up with a viable solution how to clone the functionality and the design of this site?

As far as I can see it's a custom script, so unless you get access to their hosting account, you won't be able to clone it. I developed a similar system a few years ago, but can't share it since it was licensed by the company I work for.
