HELP: USA Amazon Affilaite Phone Verification For Non USA Resident

Please house i am outside USA but trying to register for a USA Amazon affiliate program.

I need it to be USA account so that i can use my USA Payoneer bank account to withdraw in my country.

But i can't get pass the phone verification stage. My online researches solution all point to textnow, nextplus e.t.c. Unfortunately they are all not working for anyone outside USA and Canada.

Can any USA resident here come to my assistance by helping to finish the phone verification.

You just need to help me to finish the last step as circle in the attach screenshot.


You will receive and accept a call from Amazon to enter a PIN number on your phone ( i will send you the PIN number )
