[HELP] Need A UAE Phone number/Virtual phone number

I received an Invoice from a friend (PAYPAL) and I just proceed to pay it but whenever I get to where to pay it, asks for phone number verification which I just don't have.

I'm not from UAE but I'm using VPN to run the account. Though, not the VPN I used for the registration I was using when it shows this. In my quest to get things solved, since both VPN is of the same location, I switched to the VPN I used for the registration again and whenever I wanted to complete the transaction, It shows we are sorry, "we can't send your payment right now" , since the VPN I used for the registration is not that good I believe it is the causal of the above error message by Paypal.

So I wanted to switch back to the premium VPN I introduced later the account got created and whenever the payment is to be sent, it always asks me for phone number verification.


Please, if you are from UAE I will really appreciate your help if you can help me get a sim card for the verification or rather if you know where to get VCC for this type of situation...
