2. Publish more than 10000 articles interlink them and build external links to them
3.why only focus on Do follow? the days of PR is over since big G's patent ran out
4.Buy unlimited Google + vots or make them your self

If you are trying to rank for the phrase "toothless basement dwelling Cheeto eater", it should be quite easy.

If you are trying to rank for "payday loans", you would have more chance of marrying Taylor Swift in the next 5 days.
