i dont think you can send bulk mails for free ...

yes i have 4 type of method to send bulk email one of the method you can use and send 75k per day email yes ok

Using an SMTP rotator script combined with a bunch of Gmail accounts should allow to send bulk emails for free with high inbox ratio. Getting a good script and enough Gmail accounts will probably have a cost though.
