[HELP] Get PayPal payment to work on my SiteMile Pricerr theme

I have almost finished my marketplace site thats based on SiteMile Pricerr theme

Now I need help to get the last PayPal payments to work and tested. (I have PayPal account, busines and verify)
It seem i need to creat paypal application to get live id in order to make work.



I need instruction to creat it please
