[HELP] Figuring how Competitor Rank

Hello SEO pro,

I have an issue I don't understand. Am using LongTailPro to find keywords in my niche, and i found a competitor ranking high with those stat:

KC : 1.55
Page Authority :1
Page Links :0
Juice Page Links :0
Domain Authority :1
mozRank :0
Page Rank :0
Site Age : -

How someone can rank second position with stat like that ?

I think the keywords you checked are not really competitive and popular

not that hard really these days , have several pages in the top 10 without any of site seo (and yup before you ask not the most competive niches)

but in general i found out this helps alot these days -
content have to be uniqe and at least 800 -- 1000 words pr article , without stuffing the same keyword all the time use, be smart use synonyms
interlinking , to many and you get a boost down.
also no duplicated content (if you use word press) makes sure all archives , author etc post are hidden from google

just the basic on site seo , but a lot strickter these days - and plr content wont work to good

Those are outside factors. If outside factors shows something like this, then you should have a closer look at inside factors (onpage seo), shoxy is rigth.
