[HELP] Anyone using Elance.com

hi

I am thinking of placing an order in Elance for Fixed Price Job of $25.
In elance website they charge additional 8.75% of the $25. I want
to know from people who are using elance to tell me is it really
necessary to make payment through Escrow. If so is there is any fee
that i need to pay over and above the 8.75% payable to elance.



In short, What will be the total amount I need to pay if I award a Fixed price job for $25.
