[HELP] Adsense banned me

Greetings world, Adsense few days ago I bano on grounds of fraudulent clicks, which was not true, once a friend did an click by accident and I think that it is encouraged to delete my account, just as he had $ 500 unfortunately I actually took time and work in short, searching the web I found that it could no longer create accounts again in adsense, filled out the form to request activation again, and today answered me that I can not register again.

I kept looking and apparently, I can not create my own accounts with ip computer and personal information.
