Also I was taught the principles of partner selection, following them will let you make things easier:
1. THE PRINCIPLE OF TRUST. This is the most important principle. The partner should be checked on a trial action or be recommended by those whose opinion you trust. Sometimes, sometimes proven people behave like rascals. But in this case the risk of error is still much less. 2. THE PRINCIPLE OF (YOUR) DECENCY. As the provision of trust, not only your partner, but you should be honest and openness towards the partner. 3. THE PRINCIPLE OF COMPLEMENT. You are good at one thing,your partner at other thing, and thus you are complementing each other in terms of competence and human qualities. 4. THE PRINCIPLE OF DISTINCTION. Separation of spheres and control, distribution of responsibility. In this case, you can not look for the guilty and spend efforts on proving one another's leadership and competence. 5. PRINCIPLE OF COMPATIBILITY according to values, goals, interests. 6. THE PRINCIPLE OF SYMPATHY. You should be comfortable and pleasant with this person. 7. THE PRINCIPLE OF DRIVE. You must stimulate each other for labor feats. |
