Yes you can install any SEO tools on our VPS/server. You can create another user besides Administrator, it will allow 2 people connect to the VPS at the same time.

Yes you can add additional IP addresses, the price is $3/IP/month.

Thats way too expensive Man - I can get a block of 10 for $5 a month with the VPS I'm looking at, and even though its $12.95pm, thats still much, much cheaper than you guys.
