Confirmed, Grammarly has not been premium for over 1 month now. I wrote to support and they said they will try to create other accounts and would send me a notice via email. So far I have not received anything.

The seller charged me for another year for Grammarly and since he cannot provide the product, I requested a refund, but the seller refused. He withdraws the funds from his Paypal and told me that he no longer has the money from his account. He does not respond to my email anymore.

You should have canceled the automatic PayPal charge, like I did. Not a reliable seller. I will never purchase any services from him again.
