Google Dropped My Site Palzmasti.org : 10k visitor to 2k visitor

hello friends,

i m not expert in SEO, and i don't have any support by SEO company, i am facing big problem for traffic, so please any one can help me in this matter, i will appreciate it

here is my story

i was started my site with domain http://www.palzmasti.com month ago, its celebrities pic forum and my per month earn is upto 20k Indian RS from Google ads, now month ago Google AdSense banned my http://www.palzmasti.com domain so i have set my domain http://www.palzmasti.org one month ago and continue site again. i was have 10k daily visitor on my http://www.palzmasti.com domain but now with http://www.palzmasti.org i have only upto 2k or 3k visitor and Google ads earning is very low

can any SEO expert have any idea what have done with my site ? or am i doing anything wrongs ? after banned .com domain i just redirect my site to .org domain, i never try any blackhat method

so plz anyone can help me in this matter ?

thanks for reply bro, i dont have any backlink, basic thing is i am daily posting on my site and sometime i am bookmark my some topic to twiter digg and facebook

how are people finding you if your not doing any SEO, from long tail keywords?

I fail to see your getting that many visitors with only 500 odd members.

But anyway, your site is filled with adds, every link you click it has a pop up. this to Google flags a very poor site but it may be fantastic but fill it with adds and Google will devalue your site!

it give no real user expericence to be bombard with ads with every click. Terrable structure

Why were you banned? You must be doing something wrong?

Is the content unique or just copied like an autoblog?

"Visitors found this page by searching for...click fraud. This could be throwing up some red flags to spiders!! Not Sure. Looks good to me, no more ads than other forum blogs that I am a member of. I think I might remove the "click fraud" search phrase and see if that might help. Page info shows 11 Meta tags and Google has indexed over 27,000 pages.

i was banned becoz of my one member posted nude pic of some girls and before i know that adn remove it google banned my domain than i have contact google but they not removed it

we have celebrity and chitchat forum so some content is unique and some copy from celebrity pic site

i have removed click fraud keyword from my statis log page and now its not display at home page or any other page of my site, thanks for point out bro,

meta tags is good ? or any idea for change ?

Follow up with Google for reconsideration.

Coming to nudes that cannot be the reason. Google search does show nude pictures and videos and all pornographic sites.

The only don't advertise pornography and guns... but show and rank in search results.
