Quick edit : Its says you have to log in to be able to download, so you need a themeforest account, or need to make one, and its available til December 3rd (This item is available free until December 03, 2018 23:59 AEDT +11:00!)

I thought the same at first then looked closer. At the bottom of the sign-in, there is a 'make a new account' link. It is free and easy. When you eventually log in, you will also be able to download the November (Scroll down the page) freebies so you will have a total of ten free themes.
