The guide tells us what we already know: that Fiverr traffic gigs are packed with people selling bot traffic, dressed up as real and targeted traffic sources. Of course they're not - nothing to argue about there.
But then he claims that social media gigs are different: that people posting your offer to their Twitter accounts with millions of followers are much more useful and more likely to generate real traffic. (Well, maybe, if the followers are not fake, which they invariably are. If they have so many followers why are they selling gigs on Fiverr when they could be raking in the cash as major influencers?)

That's it. He makes the point that you should always check feedback.
