It's a shame the author's selling it for $2.97. It must be a free plr report to catch the email leads. Here are the crazy steps that will help you make the first million by selling mobile websites:  1.Buy a mobile site template at Warrior Forum for only a few bucks. 2.Make an example site (the author is not showing how exactly to create a site). 3. Use Yellow Pages or Google to search for local businesses to sell your website. 4. Make a list of 10 businesses that don't have a mobile site. 5. Get in the car and drive to the first business.  6. Talk to them and make a deal. 7. Rinse and repeat. bla bla bla...... 100% BS! TO the OP, thanks for the share anyway.

Simple, yes. Easy, no. Like anything else, it will take work. Personally, I don't want the time/gas investment needed to drive around and hope to get lucky and find a business owner who either has the time to talk to me, or the inclination. Need a real system.

If you are good at sales this can work. If you have any sort of sales background, be it direct door-to-door or even over the phone selling via cold calling, you have a shot at this. If you do not feel too confortable selling, then either build (not master) that skill or move on to a different niche.
You don't always need to sell. One can simply contribute to this great community by adding valuable/insightful posts.
