GravityForms as much more feature and function I personally don't use Gravityforms or Quform on every website. Depending on what the clients is paying for or need sometimes I just use "contact form 7" a free plugin. No need to be confused use whats necessary to get the job done.

I use CF7 along with GF plugin.
The only problem I have with GF is it loads several js files on every page.
