You can use a max of 5 account per IP, some people go to 7, but to be safe, I use 5, I did not use this today, but yesterday, I used 4 accounts simultaneously and I followed up to a max of 130, tweeted the same, as I set it to tweet immediately after following a custom message...and the accounts are not messed..

So thats my piece of advice, proxies are good if you are talking 10+ accounts per run...
