OMG. I downloaded just for kicks and quickly went through it. This is the biggest piece of kindle GARBAGE I have ever read. There IS NO SYSTEM.

The author basically tells you...

1) Pick Fiction or Non-Fiction
2) Join KDP
3) Join CreateSpace
4) Find a Niche (he doesn't tell you HOW). If a kindle book has a lot of reviews -- over 40? Pack it in because you can't beat that competitor. Which is also HILARIOUS as his sales video consistently tosses insane numbers of MONEY his "people" have been earning. LOL.
5) Outsource your book
6) Outsource your cover
7) Upload your book
8) Wait for SALES to come POURING IN!
9) Deposit your 5 figures into your bank account (okay, I made that one up)

Worst piece of crap I've ever read.

Don't bother.
