if you have error in admin dashboard :
1. download this editor : notepad++
2. open this file with this editor : (admin/functions/functions.options.php in theme folder)
3. change encoding to "UTF-8 without BOM"
4. save file and reaload your page.

Ok, I got N++ and changed the encoding. It installs fine, and not a fatal error > but this error...

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/myparticaldomain/public_html/mydomain/wp-content/themes/Avada/admin/functions/functions.options.php:1) in /home/myparticaldomain/public_html/mydomain/wp-includes/option.php on line 572

**removed references to domain with mydomain and mypartialdomain (database name I suppose, don't know)
**am using current version of WP
