Genesis Framework 2.0.2 was mainly a bug fix release for Genesis 2.0.0
and 2.0.1. It addressed several small bugs, made a few small
improvements, added a new settings field, and remove an old one. It was
released nearly four and a half months after Genesis 2.0.1.

• Improved `rel=author` output to only target posts.
• Improved screenshot.
• Improved menu icon.
• Added Lauren Mancke to Contributor List.
• Added Google+ Publisher URL field.
• Removed Homepage Author field.
