Good article. But as many have stated before, content is king. Every 2 weeks(Minimum) add fresh relevant content. Don't be too "Spammy". Basically, just take it SLOW. If you have a fairly new site, and you suddenly increase by 5000-10000 backlinks in the course of a month... well. Google knows. ;)
