One more method too for the videos or links which are cant see directly.
There is an activity window at Safari (Apple's Browser). Menubar must be visible. Activity at window pulldown menu.
I think you can see all the things realtime.

To Download videos like this,

1. Install Google Chrome
2. Open the website from where you want to download the flash or swf file.
3. Open a new tab and type about:cache and hit enter.
4. Do Ctrl+f in the new tab and search for .swf to locate the swf file you want to download.
5. Right click on the link and select "save link as".
6. Save the file to a folder and you are done.

I find every link with this steps, but don't understand after download it, the file is small in size and the download takes just a few seconds.
Try it few times always is the same...
