For all those who're having problems with the theme, check your plugins. The Wordpress SEO Facebook Comment plugin was the one that was messing up my blog and after removing it everything is working fine. Simply replace it with another facebook comment plugin.

But the problem is with one of the plugins you're using. Hope that helps and Thnx OP, much appreciated.
